While the traditional wear-resistant surfacing layer such as high chromium alloy can no longer meet the requirements of the workpieces on service life and cutting performance. Thus, adding tungsten carbide particles with high wear resistance and cutting properties into the surfacing layer has become one of the effective means to improve the wear resistance of the surfacing layer.
Tungsten carbide grains from Luoyang Golden Egret Geotools consist of carbide alloy spherulite and carbide alloy particles, mainly with WC-Co and WC-Ni.

Product application
At present, Luoyang Golden Egret Geotools Co., Ltd. has successfully developed tungsten carbide Tubular Welding Rod, tungsten carbide wear-resistant flexible Welding Rope, composite Welding Rod, tungsten carbide wear-resistant welding rod, apply to surfacing overlaying and repair of wear-resistant surfacing layers such as oil tool milling shoes, centralizer, reamer, drilling pipe joint, hydraulic cutter, scraper, coal planer, coring bit and auger bits, all of which can be customized according to customer requirements.
Wear-resistant surfacing powder, PTA surfacing powder, Laser Cladding Powder and spray welding powder combined with self-fusing alloy to be composite materials.
For example, in the drilling condition, self-fusing alloys fix tungsten carbide particles on the working layer, forming a self-grinding edge cutting layer, hard and sharp carbide particles are easy to cut into the rock. Due to the protection of binding metal, the grinding edge will not be subjected to impact and crack, which can effectively improve the drilling speed and rock layer level; enhance the wear resistance and service life of the workpieces.
