On the afternoon of June 12, 2024, the semi-annual summary and commendation conference of IAM Phase IV Lean Project of Luoyang Golden Egret was held in the training room on the third floor of the company. General Manager Yang, general manager of each business unit, IAM project commander Jing, Science and technology consultant teacher Shuben, production technology director of each business unit, project managers and backbone members attended this meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting, the moderator led everyone to review the "One center of Lean improvement" and read aloud: "The implementation of improvement is the lifeblood of the enterprise." In everyone's solemn reading, remind yourself to always remember the lean improvement of the original heart.
The second part -- Lean Office Director Liao reported the semi-annual promotion of lean office, showed the achievements achieved in the semi-annual lean office implementation, analyzed the shortcomings, and summarized the matters that need to be improved and improved in the second half of the lean implementation.
The third part -- semi-annual report of each production line manager. Each person in charge from lean, automation, focus improvement projects, star team construction, 6S and TPM aspects of the achievements and progress made in the past six months, the promotion process and the highlights of the experience and lessons and shortcomings. We shared our experience in the process of project promotion, and hoped to apply the experience gained in this meeting to the follow-up work.
The fourth part -- the consultant teacher summarized and commented. Teacher Han affirmed the content of the report and pointed out the existing problems. The progress of the automation project is slow, and I hope that the follow-up matters can be further refined, shorten the tracking cycle, and continue to improve biweekly, monthly, and quarterly project tracking. At the same time, it is also pointed out that the construction of star-class team is the key project of the fourth phase, and it is also the weak link at present. Field employees need to enhance the systematic execution and truly make every employee participate in lean improvement. Finally, Mr. Tang, a science and technology consultant, pointed out that the company's business division should take VSM as the starting point in the future, focus on solving the bottleneck problem, and comprehensively improve the quality, efficiency and yield.
